Eighth Congress of the Italian Radicals of Chianciano, Rudra Bianzino told us about the dramatic affair that involved him and his family. Rudra, high school student, sixteen, is left alone, without father or mother.

His father, Aldo, nonviolent, craftsman, nature lover, died in the night between 13 and 14 October 2007 in circumstances still unclear, a few hours after his arrest for cultivation and possession of marijuana. The Chronicles initially spoke of death from a natural illness. Soon, it became clear, however, that perhaps things had gone differently.

An initial examination emphasized injuries to internal organs, blood in the abdomen and pelvis, liver laceration, injury to the encephalon, compared with an appearance free from signs of trauma. A second autopsy, in November 2007, supports the argument of a ruptured cerebral aneurysm. While accepting the hypothesis of the coroner, it was stated that the cerebral hemorrhage could have been caused by a strong physical stress with a sudden rise in pressure.

Before listening to the testimony of Rudra, the radical Congress was shown a video of an interview with the Reservoir Dogs! mother, Roberta Radici. It 's probably the last document left to us by fellow Aldo. The pain has, in fact, prevailed on his body already ill. Roberta did not have it done. She died entrusting to us the commitment to seek truth and justice on the death of Aldo.

Tomorrow, December 11 there will be Emma Bonino and Ilaria Cucchi, sister Stefano, to the protest outside a court in Perugia to ask that shed light on the death of Aldo Bianzino. The mobilization, set for 8:30, is organized by the Italian Radical Party and the Committee for Truth and Justice Aldo "with the participation of Friends of Beppe Grillo in Perugia.

There is a thread that links the case to that of Aldo Bianzino Stefano Cucchi, both died in prison because of the prohibition. Both cases show that the prohibition is the real crime in this country because it crowds the prisons, creates innocent victims, as Rudra.
