Great success for the Zap! Festival

Pisa - Great success for the first edition of the Zap! Festival, which for four days filled the Bastion San Gallo Music, culture, exhibitions, activities and fun.

The Bastion is a glimpse of the city abandoned all'incuria and dirt, usually inside is inaccessible because there are heaps of rubbish and the grass is allowed to grow dramatically.

For these four days of the Festival, July 13 to 16, the Bastion has returned to the city through the efforts and self-organization of CASP (Collective Autonomous Students Pisani), supported by the Space antagonist Newroz, the Collective University Autonomous and Prendocasa Project.

Above this space is returned to life with hundreds of people who have gone through, proving once again the desire to live detached from the other moments of social logic of consumption and profit.

The events of the festival, which ended Friday with the evening peak times, have been a huge success. Moreover, in many also went to the bastion in the afternoon to view retrained and re-open to all and all.

But now? What will be the fate of this piece of Pisa? Will again be abandoned again? We'll be watching!
Surely this was yet another opportunity to denounce the state of abandonment and neglect in which there are too many pieces of the city.
