Technical Regulations Futsal CSI
try to resolve the issue once and for all slipped yes / no slip. I reproduce below the article from the Technical Regulation approved by the futsal CSI:
Direct free kick
A direct free kick is awarded to the opposing team if a player commits any of
following seven offenses in a manner considered by the arbitrators
negligent, reckless or with excessive vigor:
• gives or attempts to kick an opponent; •
does or attempts to do a tripping an opponent even entering slipped
or stooping in front or behind the opponent
• jumps at an opponent;
• charges an opponent;
• strikes or attempts to strike an opponent;
• making a tackle on an opponent;
• pushes an opponent.
A direct free kick is also awarded to the opposing team
player who commits a
of the following four offenses:
• holds an opponent;
• spits at an opponent
• try to play the ball by acting in a slip, while an opponent
has possession and control or is about to play it (contrast slipped).
This rule does not apply to the goalkeeper who is in his own penalty area
, provided he does not jeopardize the physical integrity of the adversary;
• carries, strikes or throws the ball with his hands or arms, except
goalkeeper in his own penalty area.
The direct free kick shall be taken from the place it was committed
the offense, unless the free kick was awarded to the defending team
inside his own penalty area, in which case the free kick will be
run from anywhere inside the penalty area.
All offenses above shall be considered cumulative failures.
Now we see in such cases is expected DIRECT RED:
Offences punishable by expulsion
A player or a reserve player must be expelled if he commits any of the following offenses
:
• becomes guilty of serious foul play;
• is guilty of violent conduct;
• spits at an opponent or any other person;
• prevents the opposing team a goal or an obvious
opportunity to score a goal, tapping voluntarily with the ball
hands or arms (except the goalkeeper in his own penalty area).
• prevents a clear opportunity to score a goal at an opponent who
heads for the door, committing an offense punishable by a football
punishment or penalty;
• uses language or is offensive gestures, abusive, threatening,
• receives a second caution in the same race.
A reserve player must be expelled if he committed the following offense:
• prevents the opposing team to a goal or an obvious
opportunity to score a goal.
Here is a very important example that helps to better understand the issue: When
can be considered properly made a tackle in a slip with your foot, with the intent to play football?
When the opposing player has no control of the ball, and if the tackle is when the opponent
has control of the ball and the umpires consider the action as foul play, the player
guilty must be expelled.
By the way, also go over the rules on expulsion:
A player who has been expelled can no longer take part in the race, can not sit
on the team bench and must leave the playing enclosure.
The substitute may enter the pitch after only two minutes
expulsion of team-mate. However, if a goal is scored by the opposing team
earlier than two minutes, he may enter the
rectangle after receiving authorization from the timekeeper. In this second
case, the following conditions:
• if teams are playing with five players against four and
numerically superior team scores a goal, the team with only four players
will be completed with a fifth player;
• if both teams are playing with four players and is marked
a network, the two teams will remain with the same number of players
;
• If the teams are playing with five players against three or four against three
and team marks a numerically superior network,
team with three players if they could only add another;
• if both teams are playing with three players and is marked with a
network, the two teams will remain with the same number of players;
• If the team that scores the network is numerically smaller, the game
continue without changing the number of players
